Great app when it actually works. App kicked me out when I was love chatting with a representative to troubleshoot the reason why I kept getting an error for "technical hiccups". I hit "Try again" twice and then couldn't type anymore despite getting messages from the representative and had to hit "Restart" which made have to start the whole process over. You can also never see what you're typing to the representative. UI needs work.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Can you please send us an email at [email protected] with the user id and Billing Account Number (BAN) you are using to login and screenshots of any error messages you are receiving? We would like to look into this for you.

Absolutely pointless app now. All the DIY tools have been taken away and it forces you to use a virtual assistant, which wastes time and generally doesn't resolve the issues. Save yourself the time and just power your router on and off because that's ALL the "virtual assistant" can tell you. Another example of AI being forced on consumers, when all I wanted was a Pepsi. But they sure try and sell you the "armor" service, which you absolutely do not need. Deleting and finding another useful app.

it's a very simple "Plug and Play" hookup, and the speed test at various times of the day has been 292mbps to 169mbps. It's fast enough for us to watch 4K Netflix, Amazon, and others with absolutely no problems at all! The only complaint I have is our lights, that work with Alexa need a 2.4g connection. And our 5g/2.4g dualband extender, won't connect. They do offer one at $12 a month, wether it's dual band or not I'm not sure. The app is easy to check the "Hotspots" and signal quality 👍
